Most booking tools were made for tee sheets and squeezed into simulator venues afterwards. Book A Golf Sim was built from scratch for indoor bays. Coaching, practice, club fitting, group events, the lot.
Every venue runs its own instance at bookagolfsim.com/yourclub. Members and guests book sessions, manage memberships, redeem package credits, and sign up for events. One mobile-friendly flow throughout.
02 — How a booking works
Open the calendar. Pick a slot. Done.
The calendar actively respects every venue rule in the background. Booking windows, daily limits, lead-time cutoffs, buffer times between sessions. Customers only ever see slots they can actually book, never a date that leads to a dead end.
Guests book without signing up. Members pay with credits or a saved card. Same quick flow, either way.

Monthly memberships come with lesson and practice credits tracked separately, contract progress you can actually see, and a clean self-service flow for pausing or cancelling. The exact access-end date is shown upfront, no guessing.
Coaching packages and practice packs stack alongside memberships, with credits restored automatically on eligible cancellations. Group events and tournaments run through the same checkout. One platform, end to end.
